What happens if something is out of stock?

Out of stock items are communicated to the contact person listed on your account at the earliest possible time. Unless there are major supply issues, products are typically not out of stock for longer than 24 hours. In order to ensure disruptions to your business are kept to a minimum, we offer an extremely discounted ‘fill-in’ service for out of stock items.

But, my vendor doesn’t charge for delivery.

Unfortunately, they do. All our competitors merely roll the cost of all their services into the price of their products. We are bringing total transparency to this industry - we’re the only distributor publicly displaying our prices.

What is your return policy?

All products are fully refundable. You have 30 days to return non-perishables and 72 hours for perishables.
