The Director of Operations is responsible for all day to day picking and delivery operations at our vendor partners in the Seattle metropolitan area. They will be responsible for hitting all operational KPIs related to growth, COGS, and customer satisfaction. They will oversee hiring, staffing, and scheduling of all managers, assistant managers, and Third-Party Logistics providers. Identifying and promoting key talent, and reducing employee churn will be a core component of the position. The Director of Operations will also identify and improve key processes to achieve operational KPIs.
