General Job Description

The Head of Growth at Restaurant Cheetah (RC) oversees the entire customer experience for Restaurant Cheetah, including acquisition, onboarding, upselling, and retention. The Head of Growth is a cross functional position that operates at the intersection of marketing and product development with the primary goal of optimizing the revenue funnel. Restaurant Cheetah is a fast-growing company, so the Head of Growth has to be comfortable with quickly collecting and analyzing data, developing strategies and tactics, executing those tactics, and refining them to optimize growth.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer behaviors and needs
  • Leverage data to develop key insights
  • Define the company’s growth strategy
  • Develop tactics to execute the company’s growth strategy
  • Develop testing methodologies to quickly vet the success / failure of the tactics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, Operations, and Customer Support leadership to execute initiatives
  • Determine and track KPI’s associated with growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive team to define direction of the companyAt scale, supervise multidisciplinary team
  • At scale, supervise multidisciplinary team
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
  • As needed, manage early operations associated with growth tactics
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff and other team members
Qualifications for the Job
  • BA/BS
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in strategy, marketing, or growth role (internal or external)
  • 5+ years in people and project management
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up
  • Experience in B2B Marketing / Sales
  • Experience working with a technology driven “real world” service offering
Key Competencies
  • Adeptness at building new marketing strategies / tactics from scratch and acting as a catalyst for change
  • Strong data analytics and skill in associated programs (excel, google sheets, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to quickly gain trust of new parties
  • Proven track record in project management and prioritization
  • Ability to manage large / cross functional teams
Other Competencies
  • Technology product management experience a plus
  • Willingness to Travel
