The Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily activities of overseeing fulfillment and distribution of products at a 3rd party warehouse. Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, quality controlled, invoiced, and loaded onto 3PL vehicle. The Operations Manager has varied tasks associated with fulfillment, staffing, customer complaints, and customer service. The candidate will need to ensure core operational requirements are met by scheduling employees for shifts and managing employee activities during those shifts. The person in this role will manage employees includes coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
