General Job Description

The vice president, sales position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
  • Directs implementation and execution of the sales plan
  • Builds, develops and manages sales team
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research, competitor analyses, and collaboration with the Head of Growth
  • Manages multiple channel selling strategies (in conjunction with Head of Growth)
  • Collaborate with executive team to define direction of the company
Minor Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications for the Job
  • BA/BS
  • 3+ years in sales leadership role
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up
  • Experience selling a technology driven “real world” service offering
